Pros

PTO =5 weeks Flexibility in non peak seasons (although became very scarce) CPE

Cons

Working more than promised Too much work for certain managers (not balanced across departments) Bad Leaders in the functional areas (no communication to staff) Really expensive Health Insurance Benefits not as good as other firms (especially for working mothers) Partners do a lot of the work rather than passing down to lower level managers/staff Some partners are very difficult to work with

Pros

LBMC has a strong culture with a very people first mentality. Firm leadership is forward thinking, and continues to improve resources. Listens to employees and seeks input from them.

Cons

LBMC started as a small firm, that I have seen grown exponentially over the last 10 years. They are now a mid/large size firm that can sometimes still have a small firm mentality. Not necessarily a bad thing but just an observation within my own dept over the last several years. Although, the company has really come along way in integrating new offices across various cities over the last couple of years with new acquisitions. I think they are trending in the right direction to continue growing.

Pros

Company actively pursues honest communication with employees.

Cons

Bonus is based off of gross company earnings instead of dept performance.
