      Chemietarif, viele nette Leidensgenossen auf den unteren Ebenen (inkl. Teamleiter, alle mit Praxisbezug)

      Persönliche Meinung: Umbau zum krisensicheren Spezialchemiekonzern gescheitert. Man steht wieder da wo man vor 10 Jahren stand und hat ein großes Rad für nix gedreht. Mittleres Management wird häufig mit Leuten besetzt, die sich nicht für den eigenen Aufgabenbereich und Mitarbeiter interessieren, sondern mit General Management Ansatz kokettieren ("ich war bei McKinsey, ich kann alles leiten") und die altuelle Position jeweils nur als Durchgangsstation betrachten, statt die Themen voran zu bringen.

      This company is blacklisted by most other chemical plants in that cluster. Horrible management they have no experience outside of good ole boy system Operators are not team oriented and the union is not worth being in/ have not saved one employee ever. Corporate sticks besides management regardless of any wrongdoing
