      Work-life balance. Retirement kind of company

      If you IT person do not get use to comfort zone. whatever other say stay less in company and get a job outside. Strategies are not working, business going down each day. No bonus in last 3 year.

      Cons

      This company is blacklisted by most other chemical plants in that cluster. Horrible management they have no experience outside of good ole boy system Operators are not team oriented and the union is not worth being in/ have not saved one employee ever. Corporate sticks besides management regardless of any wrongdoing
