Pros
L7 is a very good place to learn and grow. Learning, growing, and improving are all valued at L7. Every Friday has a hosted event with free food designated for learning a subject for an hour. Like any MSP, the amount of software you'll interact with is high. Many problems you'll experience once and never again, but many you'll see every day. The people at L7 are amazing as well. The management works hard to craft a well organized team of good people. There is no hostility among the staff and everyone works together toward a common goal. No one judges and everyone is willing to help each other. Pay is average to above-average. After-hours pay is very high. $50 monthly stipend for your phone.
Cons
It's not an easy place to work. L7 has an impressive roster of customers, some very large and some very small, and learning any one of them can take months. Having to learn each one is very challenging. Expectations are also high at L7. In IT, emotions are always high, but especially at an MSP. Most customers are very thankful but they're also people, and some people aren't easy to work with. For better or worse: all of the reviews I have read here are true stories. Some days are worse than others. Developing a thick skin is needed, and understanding what it means to run a business is essential. Don't take anything personally or you won't last long. It's not always easy to come in the next day.
