      Pros

      Paid well Loved my coworkers Good if you need a starter job

      Cons

      Most of those coworkers are gone or trying to leave Projects way out of their league, leading to compromises that left me very professionally uncomfortable, as well as lots of high tempers Poor chemical safety for employees Bizarre management decisions, disregard for the expertise of department heads Truly frightening ceo The pandemic has been hard on the entire industry, but these were all issues long before. Just know what you are getting into.

      Pros

      It is a glowing environment of enlightened hearted people who care for their employees like they do their own children. Payday is really allowance day isn't it?

      Cons

      No, seriously is payday allowance day? As in are we only "allowed" to pay 60% of employees on time? I'm trying to decide whose due this week.

      Best team I have ever had the privilege of being a part of.

      Wost person I have ever worked for. It started out great. I felt like I was making an impact. As soon as I wanted better for my co-workers...I was sacked. I watched a revolving door of creative and impactful people and a strong backbone of the teams leadership that took the brunt of Paul's assaults. No one deserves to be treated the way they were at L3DFX. Don't look at these reviews and second guess yourself. I did.
