      Pros

      Even though I have not been working here long, I already feel like I'm part of the family. Upper management is very supportive and you can tell they not only want the company to succeed, but you as well. Yes, it is an "office job" but, it's also so much more than that. The creative aspect of every part of L3DFX really keeps you interested, especially to see how the finished product always turns out just like the beginning concept art - Blows my mind! The commute is also a big bonus (located right off of I-55).

      Cons

      Hours can be long depending on the day. Busy season seems to be very season,

      Pros

      It is a glowing environment of enlightened hearted people who care for their employees like they do their own children. Payday is really allowance day isn't it?

      Cons

      No, seriously is payday allowance day? As in are we only "allowed" to pay 60% of employees on time? I'm trying to decide whose due this week.

      Best team I have ever had the privilege of being a part of.

      Wost person I have ever worked for. It started out great. I felt like I was making an impact. As soon as I wanted better for my co-workers...I was sacked. I watched a revolving door of creative and impactful people and a strong backbone of the teams leadership that took the brunt of Paul's assaults. No one deserves to be treated the way they were at L3DFX. Don't look at these reviews and second guess yourself. I did.
