Pros
Young people working there - relatively speaking. They try to "collaborate," to the beat of their abilities.
Cons
Leadership was cliquish and immature. Upper Management sought leadership from lower-level employees, rather than by leading. It was quite painful to work there. The benefits were very expensive, as well, and the company did not pay for much. There are a couple of bad eggs in upper management that spoil the entire company. One is in accounting and is constantly seeking approval from owners. Exhausting to encounter and maneuver in the office. They do not work effectively together, because they try to collaborate, but end up allowing no time off for their employees, and guilt-tripping anyone who does take time off that is agreed to.
