Pros
I loved working for Foster. Even though Foster is a large company, it has a very family feel to it. Staff morale is high, everyone gets along well. Even when there are things you don't like, it's easier to live with small irritations when you like the people you work with top to bottom. Management will stop and ask how your day is and often know about your recent successes. They instill an entrepreneurial spirit in everyone.
Cons
Not so much a con, but if you're not a self starter and a team player, Foster is not the place for you.
