There is nothing Cons about this company

Good benefits and work life balance. Trips to France is a pro. Company cares about it's employees more than most. European values are nicer than American ones. Good culture, good values, 95% of staff are nice to work with (not bad compared to most companies). 401k at 4% match (better than most companies). Profit sharing is a great bonus. Again, benefits are top notch. Communications team and Camarillo Warehouse seem to be the happiest teams.

Very little opportunity for growth unless you go extremely above and beyond and even then.....I felt I went above and beyond but never got promoted. Only 3 people were promoted in the last several years I was here out of 60 employees. Most executives are challenging to work with that's normal at most companies. Performance review process seems like a waste of time. Each department has its own pros and cons. It's not easy working with a global matrix team. When I started there were few layoffs and lately they have been firing a lot more than usual. Used to be stable work, not so sure anymore.
