Pros
The culture has been created over time from all levels of the company to create an environment which fosters individual growth through mentorship and education. If I don't know something I can ask and I receive a good answer devoid of snark. Employees are given the tools needed to complete the job without much fuss. If something is needed like a tool or software, within reason, it's only an email away. Ask and ye shall usually receive. Great benefits and great perks: health, dental, etc., reimbursable lunches when three or more of us go out, company outings, and mentorship support. All members of leadership are approachable and enjoy sharing knowledge and wisdom with any employee who asks. All ranks in the company interact with each other without ego or prejudice which is a refreshing change. The company is growing with a promising future. I'm glad to be here.

It's not a company that offers many places to hide or slack off, could be a downside I suppose.
