Incredibly Poor Management & Leadership - Anonymous employee Kynection Employee Review

Insensitive and offensive leadership team who believe in belittling and degrading their staff into doing their jobs rather than providing actual mentorship. Was regularly yelled at and made to feel worthless when I was simply trying to do my job, and was given unrealistic standards that I was never going to be able to meet. Staff were regularly shamed into coming into work even if they were sick and were encouraged not to take sick days. It was also heavily implied that we would be rewarded more if we worked extra hours for free outside of our usual hours just to 'help out' as it was a real 'family business'. I was sworn at, yelled at, had my medical appointments questioned, and was blamed for any small things that went wrong, even if they weren't my responsibility. The workplace culture here is terrible but everyone is too scared to say anything or do anything about it as they no that the management team are too close-knit to do anything about it.
