Pros
Had a good environment in the beginning. Used to have a great start up vibe but that vanished almost overnight. The only pro now is that most of the toxic managers are gone or leaving, but that leaves you with the parent company/corporate, Luxor, which isn't great.
Cons
Managers would pit employees against each other by making mountains out of molehills or just straight up lying about the people they didn't like to get others to dislike them. Kwikboost has a very tight-knit boys club inside, which got worse in 2020 when they laid off all but 2 of the female employees. Lots of racist and sexist jokes being volleyed across the office. Human Resources at corporate will take your concerns and immediately share it with the people or persons you were lodging complaints about. This caused more than a few very awkward and hostile situations to arise. There is almost zero chance to get promoted or rise in the company due to it's size, unless you're willing to relocate out of state. Management/HR will make special exceptions for workers, like allowing them to work from home when they want, being able to leave whenever to tend to other businesses or jobs or hobbies, and say that it's because everyone is managed differently, but then officially tell other employees they can't have the same or similar considerations because it would be unfair or set a bad example.
