Employees that don't want to show up for work.

The work itself is easy enough to do, just manage the stock, cook up items for the breakfast/lunch rush, upkeep cleanliness of the store.

Did not work with my scheduling requirements, and would say they'd work with me, but kept scheduling me on days I could not work. Also, managers would make you feel bad if they did not have anyone to work or someone called in, and guilt trip employees to coming in or make another employee work a double. Just overall no compassion or empathy to try and work with schedule requirements or overworking employees.
