No complaints here!! - Designer Kurt Fischer Structural Engineering Employee Review

If I could, my rating would be 4.5/5 instead of 4. Only reason it's not a 5 is because there's always room for bettering ourselves and the firm. For such a small company, we are fortunate enough to work on many large scale projects. Being my first engineering job out of college, I was nervous about the transition from school to work life, but everyone was helpful, welcoming and enjoyable to be around from the start. To me it's clear that everyone is genuinely cared about here both at work and outside of it as well.
