The team is friendly and welcoming. Everyone is helpful, the environment is not competitive. Team openly and willingly shares knowledge to benefit the group. Management gives you tools and resources to succeed, and autonomy to make choices, always available to answer questions when you need it.
Cons
Until recently office was a little crowded. New Los Angeles location is much more roomy.
