      Pros

      Kumon provided me with many opportunities to learn and participate in training and to further my career. I've loved being part of an organisation that helps young people develop problem solving skills, enjoy their learning and develop their self-learning ability. It has been a great career journey and I'm grateful for the opportunities it provided.

      Cons

      I find it difficult to think of a downside to working at Kumon. It gave me the opportunity to work with some amazing people and as an organisation I think it will go from strength to strength.

      Pros

      Contributing to an educational environment, work didn't require any prior experience.

      Cons

      Management consistently took in more kids than the employees had capacity for, which lead to a lot of crunch for what should have been a straightforward task. The amount of work we were required to do did not scale with the $8 an hour I was receiving.
