Pros
Easy work: all you have to do is sit there and mark students' worksheets and answer their questions. It is a easy starter job for high school students who excel in mathematics and english. It would also be nice if you enjoy working with students.
Cons
Work is a routine and lacks innovation. Everything is standardized, and all employees focus on doing their own job. Lack of interaction between employees at workplace, and close working relationships are not developed between manager and employees. Wages are not clearly standardized by manager based on employee's education or abilities.
