      Pros

      Passionate and talented employees who really want to make a difference in healthcare.

      Cons

      Easy to be critical as a former employee, but the tolerance for casual, every-day misogyny is unacceptable. Senior leaders can behave as they please as long as their numbers are going in the right direction.
