Pros
They were a big company that bought the smaller one I worked at for 15 years. They came in and seemed to treat everyone who survived the buyout well.
Cons
They had strict controls on the process of how people travelled. We travelled a lot. Sometimes these controls were just annoying. Sometimes they were costly.
