Pros
- The people are friendly, patient, and smart. They care about the mission - The company is scaling massively and fast - You have heaps of autonomy, creativity, as long as you get your work done
Cons
- Everyone is crazy busy. It's hard to get cross-team efforts going - Ownership of some things can fall through the gaps - Not a huge culture of doing retros, so we miss out on learning sometimes - Management can be really variable. People aren't given a lot of training
