Pros
Autonomy: This isn't a place where you're micromanaged. If you see a problem (or want to fix a process), you are trusted to just go and do it. This is freedom and responsibility. The People: The "No Ego" policy is genuine. Everyone from devs to leadership is approachable. The Perks: The benefits (lunch, wellness) are excellent and actually used, not just for show. Growth: We are scaling fast. Moving from being "part of Octopus" to a standalone "Kraken" entity has been a massive challenge but incredibly rewarding to build.
Cons
Pace: It is relentless. If you want a slow, predictable 9-5, this probably isn't for you. Things change daily. Growing Pains: Because we are scaling so fast, processes sometimes break or lag behind. You have to be comfortable with a bit of chaos and willing to build the plane while flying it.
