Pros
Most people are nice to work with and there's camaraderie because everyone hates their job.
Cons
People will throw you under the bus to avoid getting in trouble themselves. Communication is terrible, and management is narcissistic and unorganized. Constant yelling and swearing at employees, employees yelling at each other because they're getting yelled at by management, just awful all around. Constant changes to pay structure, no room for upwards mobility or decent promotions. Company culture is non-existent. Everyone talks about each other behind their backs, rushes out of the office the moment they can, and morale is just awful. The CEO is a narcissist who speaks badly about people without college degrees and thinks he's always the smartest person in the room, even though he's not. There's a culture of heavy drinking because everyone hates their jobs and their life, and they talk about it constantly. Turnover is high because all the good people leave as soon as they can. Believe all the low star reviews, those are accurate. The highly rated ones are all obviously written by management. You might be able to make decent money there, but you can make better money with better working conditions basically anywhere else.
