This business is stuck in 1980s corporate America: - Aggressive leadership - Poor communication - Smoke 'n Mirrors performance management & reward processes - Sterile, eerily quiet open-plan HQ offices in London - 80% of the people you meet will be 'senior partner' or 'vice president' of something or other Wow, this place is the absolute opposite of a funky, agile, innovative, tech-focused consultancy that wants to break the mould and change the world. They will spout all the brilliant phrases to you at the interview such as, "think of this like a start-up". Yep, it's a start-up all right. A start-up that will have you doing a 18-month org design project for a sewage disposal company in the middle of nowhere.
