      Pros

      great exposure to all industries and functions, like getting a free MBA. exposed to C-suite executives and senior management.

      Cons

      not much committment to developing staff and rewarding hard work. The incentive structure is not effective at the staff level.

      Pros

      I am a consultant through a firm acquired by Korn Ferry and have had a great experience with both the firm (Salo) and with Korn Ferry as a parent company. Great to have benefits and PTO as a consultant and great training and resources available - good communication as well!

      Cons

      Transitional period during acquisition had a few bumps but nothing major and all ironed out as more time has gone on.

      This is an RPO with many clients. It all depends on who you work with. I enjoy team. Very collaborative and supportive team and management.

      Cons

      Workload is insane. Bi-monthly pay.
