Org structure is confusing and complicated, very matrixed which can be hard to navigate Processes are not clear - promotion, pay decisions. They don’t offer base salary i creases unless you are promoted Surprisingly has a lot of not great talent so you have to be selective in who you work with Work life balance is tricky - you have to be super disciplined and hold your boundaries otherwise people will take a lot of your time
