Great Company, Spotty Leadership - Anonymous employee Kooler Ice Employee Review

Great culture! Wonderful place to begin and develop a career! Managment expects input from employees unlike other companies I have worked at. Great benefits! They so have high expectations but nothing that cannot be achieved.

There aren't really any downsides to working here.

Kooler Ice has a flat organizational structure in which everyone is treated with equal respect. The flat structure along with a true open door policy make it possible for upper level management and hourly manufacturing employees to communicate in ways that constantly improve both manufacturing quality and employee morale. This company offers an extensive benefits package. Career advancement opportunities exist with Kooler Ice that simply do not exist with most companies. The sky is the limit for employees with the necessary drive and ambition.

One thing that I would like to see at Kooler Ice is a tuition reimbursement program or another program for encouraging employees to further their education-relevant to either their current career or a future position within the company.
