Pros

Team are lovely and friendly and there is a great team environment. Plus free coffee and cakes on site is never a bad thing!

Cons

The only con is the salary is very low (only just above minimum wage) and you don't get paid extra for working bank holidays. For the physical work and long hours that is required and providing the quality and brand of the product, I think the wage should match this better.

Pros

Your own team within each shop is good, we really take care of each other and I know it’s the same within other shops within this company

Cons

The problem is that upper management does not care, they will make a joke out of your suffering. We were in the hottest shop in the entire company, with no air conditioning and they didn’t care.
