I would like to provide additional context on our company culture and what motivates us to be the best-in-class workplace. We recognize that we are scaling our team and client base, and understand that we need to stay nimble and institute changes rapidly balancing this approach with a rewarding work experience. We have always strived to be a Diverse and Inclusive environment which is shown through our Leadership team and emphasized in the various programs and organizations we are a part of, as a certified WBENC and women-owned business. While all Leaders have different working and management styles, we continue to look for ways to improve how they lead their teams.
