If you want to feel like you’re back in school then it’s the place for you. Lots of managers who shouldn’t be in their roles because they are incompetent and lack the skills needed to actually be a good leader. Seems like the place loves promoting people to higher up roles when someone leaves as it’s the easiest option, regardless if they actually have the ability. It is very much a finger pointing culture, lack of development opportunities and when people leave you’re expected to take on their workload with no recognition or promotion, plus they pay at the bare minimum with no benefits. Barely any flexible working arrangements, if you don’t trust your employees to do their work outside the office, then tell them that and stop with the excuses.
