Worked with a lot of people and personalities and managers were always welcoming feedback and had open doors

Too much workload for admin staff with number of agents and for the pay. Always adding tasks and some people did it all while others clearly did not and were paid more

The hours were great, rarely needed to work over time.

Too many responsibilities, management was poor, the culture of this company wasn't that great. Nobody seemed to enjoy their job.
