      Work schedule and pay was fair. Great relationships with residents and families.

      Cons

      Company is struggling to get this location profitable due to nearby competitors. Have seen over 30 department managers and executive directors come and go within a 4 year span.

      Pros

      I love the Residents and my co -workers .

      Cons

      The Owners and Management do not care about you. They don’t give you extra help or staff. They admit anyone with a pulse so they can get paid monthly. The violent residents are awful.
