My experience working at KODS was extremely disturbing and mentally exhausting, especially for freshers. There is a clear misuse of power at the leadership and management level, where inexperienced employees are taken advantage of due to their vulnerability and dependence on the job for experience. Salary structure and payments are highly unclear. Freshers are placed on probation and paid only half the promised salary, and the probation period is repeatedly extended—often beyond six months—without transparent justification, seemingly to continue reduced pay. Salary delays are common. In my case, salaries were delayed for nearly three months. At one point, my salary was delayed by around 45 days, and when I asked for clarity and payment of the delayed amount, I was removed from the company. Freshers often feel trapped, frustrated, and fearful of leaving due to the impact it could have on their careers. Life here can be extremely difficult for those just starting out. I strongly advise freshers to think very carefully before joining.
