Unlimited PTO, remote positions and you get a chance to work with some pretty nice people
Cons
Management is ignorant and they about everything, pay is very low. This company doesn't care at all about the quality of their products. Rush, rush rush and ship it out and they will just patch it later.
Koddi Response

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We love to hear that you enjoy working with the people at Koddi and happy to hear that you enjoy one of the many benefits we offer here with our unlimited PTO. Regarding compensation, Koddi pays competitively based on market. We also evaluate compensation holistically to include the total compensation package. We do recommend that if you have any questions or concerns on our compensation philosophy, that you reach out to your manager or the People and Culture team.
Thank you for highlighting your concerns in regards to our product quality and our fast-paced environment. Customer feedback and employee feedback is always important to us, therefore, we would highly encourage you to share your thoughts directly with our Engineering and Product leadership team members so they can address the concerns you are identifying. We look forward to new ideas and any positive changes that we may identify. Again, thank you for taking time to share your feedback, we appreciate it.
Pros
The team celebrates client wins loudly and specifically, and that energy is genuine across levels and functions.
The mission has real pull — people broadly believe Koddi is the right company at the right moment in commerce media.
Leadership is unusually transparent about its own gaps, which creates room for honesty throughout the organization.
Peer recognition is specific and frequent, suggesting people actually see and value each other's contributions.
Cons
Capacity is the most consistent pain signal — good people are absorbing volume that prevents them from doing their best work.
The pace of AI-driven change is creating real stress, with expectations landing as pressure rather than clarity.
Internal coordination delays are the bottleneck that clients end up feeling directly.
Priority clarity holds when things are calm but breaks down under load, leaving teams chasing alignment instead of executing.
Teaches you exactly what a toxic work environment looks like.
Cons
The Koddi team is particularly toxic, led by senior members with massive egos who treat juniors with utter disrespect. There is an "attitude" among certain seniors who lack basic interpersonal skills and have even resorted to cussing out team members. Accountability is non-existent at the senior level; they dump "dumb work" on Juniors to avoid their own responsibilities and then blame them when things go wrong.
Coming on to The cohort program, It is designed to stress out new hires rather than train them, and the mentorship on the Engineering team is the worst I’ve seen in the industry.
