      Pros

      The individuals you work with are great, they care about doing the best they can and helping their co-workers. They care about doing things the correct way to make the future easier on everyone. They care about sharing knowledge and mentoring one another to elevate the collective knowledge level.

      Cons

      The leadership and executive team prioritizes shipping products at the expense of quality and the well-being of the individuals involved in the process. Obviously, the business needs to ship products/features to stay in business but decisions are made to commit to too wide a range of efforts for most teams to effectively complete or support.

      Pros

      Good learning experience for working in golang

      Cons

      Company hired management from Amazon and tried to treat its small teams of engineers like they worked at Amazon, then they start outsourcing the engineering work alienating long time tech workers which lead to legacy systems failing.
