      Pros

      Company represents a smorgasbord of opportunities spanning many different disciplines, role types, industries, and cultures. Many people come in one door, and then explore the vast range of opportunities in house until finding what they enjoy the most. It's a great place to learn about what's possible, and what you truly enjoy.

      Cons

      Koch is a massive enterprise, and as such it sometimes moves slowly in a course change. It can sometimes be a little unsettling to go from org to org in the company and find that the pace can be so radically different as well, ranging from extremely fast to extremely slow.

      Such a great atmosphere. The company focuses on adding the most mutual benefit for all parties. Helps you grow, and create meaningful relationships.

      Pros

      Good insurance. The Atlanta office was more flexible with remote/hybrid work

      Cons

      The politics. People devalue teammates. Constantly changing direction so no meaningful impact can be made. Not a lot of diversity. If you don’t ask how someone’s kids are, you get complaints that you’re cold and difficult. Got there and a reorg killed the reason I was hired and was never provided with any sort of hope of growth opportunities.
