      High standard of compliance and Ethics. Very good Global presnece. Highly diversified businesses. High technological products. Financially very strong. Long term sustainability is feasible.

      Cons

      To much involvement of involvement of seniors in small issues. No one to one reporting. Highly beuracratic procedures. Trust level is low.
