Pros
Absolutely no pros, don’t work here
Cons
They will overload you with work and still expect you to do more. I worked there for three years and it always seemed like what I did wasn’t good enough. Not only did they give me an unreasonable amount of tasks, but they also off-loaded all their own work to me and then would get irritated when all of it wasn’t done immediately. Management talks down to you and thinks it’s appropriate just because they do it with a fake sickening sweet voice. I’m 26 years old and was talked to like I was in a kindergarten class. Not only that but all the women in the office are catty and will play nice with you to your face but the moment you leave they start bad mouthing each other with no care in the world. Expectations are high and the pay is incredibly low. I would take work home because I felt like I was always behind and even had a few break downs at my desk at work. I even told them I started going to therapy and was diagnosed with major depressive disorder and some days might just be hard days for me. All to be fired after years of being told I was a great part of the team and they loved having me, switched to me not doing enough.
