Pros

Most people are really hard working. A lot of nice people trying to do their best. Free parking is a nice reward and lots of free fruit, birthday cake, lunches and after work activities provided and scheduled to "power up" the hard working team members.

Cons

This is a purely Chinese one-governor styled company that treats people poorly.Too political for sure. At beginning you wouldn't sense anything like that until 3 to 5 months later. Because in the interview they'd always play well around the questions you concern about by responding you ambiguously/totally faked-it-up. As a start, you hardly know what you should do because nobody is there to guide you. It's very likely that your boss ignores you over weeks before he/she finally remembers there is a spared workforce which is “you". The company is totally lack of focus. Most people find hard to define what the company is essentially about for that the leader drives the whole team chasing after all types of emerging opportunities without estimating its capacity. It's a non-essential business making the powerless people exhausted. In year 2015, about 2/3 of the team was gone. Some politely said that they were going back to school, some got a better job, some were under evaluated and pissed off, some found too tired to continue and some found being so unprofessionally treated that they had to leave and worst of all, some were at the end set up to be fired.

Pros

I have been working with the company now for 2+ years and greatly enjoy the company. The services you recieve from the time you arrive to when you leave is something a lot of other companies don't provide. HR is available when you anytime either via Wechat or email and the Senior Leadership has grown into a solid team. The company itself keeps getting better and better and excited for this upcoming school year; even with Covid they made the transition easy and made sure we were all safe and check ins.

Cons

Before Leadership seemed to be lacking in some cross departmental communication but things have since changed.
