      Pros

      Friendly and supportive atmosphere with talented, skilled and helpful colleagues. Fantastic offices and overall a very well managed company.

      Cons

      The structure with many companies under one corporate structure can sometimes feel hard to navigate, but the structure has more advantages than drawbacks I've found eventually.
