-Feedback centric: I always know what I need to work on, what I'm doing well, and what tasks I need to accomplish -Fast paced but deliberate: If you enjoy working in a start-up with constant iteration, but with proactive, well-thought out actions, this is the workplace for you! -Quality>quantity with hiring -Extremely transparent from the top down. The founder/CEO gives weekly updates about the business, and it trickles into every aspect of the organization -Fully remote!

-See above; if you like a slower, monotonous workplace, this might not be it for you -If you don't handle real-time constructive feedback well, you may not enjoy working at Knoetic

The founder created a culture of "nothing is good enough." It didn't matter if an employee gave 110%, or put in 50% effort. All efforts were met with the same response. Despite being an organization that was building a tool for Chief People Officers and having access to best practices, the founder completely disregarded following these. The founder is very self aggrandizing There's much more, but I don't think the organization is functioning at this point so I will leave it at these points.
