Avg Salary, less comp off and incentive pay. Leaves aren't given even as a necessity, we have to beg them. HR's aren't really supportive, scope for less growth compared to other call centre's. 6 day working most of the time in the name of workload, as compared to 5 day working schedule. Higher workload. Also if you get a Dsat, the Team leader's see you as a criminal.
