Coworkers. Easily one of the best highlights of the company is the strength in diversity. I've met people from all walks and with different goals in my and I love it. Honestly, the attitude you bring to work is the attitude that's reciprocated. Be an example, be stellar. Pay. I've done at lot more and have been paid a lot less. I jumped at this opportunity. Innovation. Company grows with ideas. Always looking within and looking for new tech to advance itself.
Cons
The company growth restrictions. If this could company do half of what it wants to accomplish we'd set the bar pretty high. It may sound bias, because it is. Very active in the local communities we're associated with and it's only scratching at the service. Innovation for outreach isn't unimaginable but restricted.
