Pros
- Usually high quality properties - Unlike many other low-base salary companies, they do not over-hire to compensate for low quality talent. - Ability to progress far in the company as a Negotiator if Management is not for you
Cons
Some senior execs are a bit stuck in their ways and resistant to change but that is common in most property agencies. Seems to still be quite a white-male dominated company. A fair bit of tokenism when it comes to diversity.
