Toxic culture is a systemic issue - Associate Knight Frank Employee Review

Honestly the worst company I have ever worked for in the 15 years of my professional career. Terrible processing systems and terrible investment in staff. C-suite trying to change the overall culture of the firm but mid level managers are far too invested in their title(s). The culture of bullying and intolerance is unfortunately masked by new policies of acceptance and change. I would encourage anyone considering taking a role here to look elsewhere. In addition to the above, the pay is well below other competitors and commissions are never accurate or paid on time. Three CEO’s in five years should be case in proof enough to look at a more stable firm.
