When I got offered the job at KF I thought I had made it ... top in the class of estate agency. How wrong can one person be. The perception is that they are a great company and know what they are doing. In reality the middle management team run around in circles, back stabbing each other. I was one of the lucky ones, my face fitted but if your face didn't fit your life was made very difficult. Glad to be out of the chaos
