Pros
Direct pt contact w/ no drive through. Ability to set schedule with partner. Very little day to day interference from management. Great learning environment for new pharmacist.
Cons
Extremely poor respect/response from some store management regarding tech/cashier help. Leading to clinically dangerous situation. No one person can multitask phone, computer, insurance, counter, fax machine, order, IVR, e-Rx, and cash register in a 150+ store. There was no back up from above local or higher up regarding situation.
