Pros
Extremely flexible hours I've met a lot of really nice people (some, not all)
Cons
Poor pay for the hard work we each have. Some have more work on their plates than others yet we all get paid the same, or within 50 cents of each other. Only part time (don't expect a full time position until after you've worked part time there for at least 10 years) Poor communication between all management and staff Doctor notes are unexcused unless you're dying (literally) You get wrote up for every little thing Not allowed to drink water while working Systems are old and really slow, causing customers to become irate sometimes Management can sometimes come across as belittling you, whether they realize it or not. Favoritism and too many racist jokes
