Pros
There are some good, hard working people who still believe the company will bounce back. Work life balance is fair. Opportunity for advancement is excellent.
Cons
There have been no raises for anyone in any position in eight years. The bonus program is based on sales increases which have not happened in at least six years. There is no budget for equipment or technology which will help the company succeed. The stores are "stuck in the 70's" in decor, management style and technology. Most people in management do not expect the company to be around three years from now and many of the top executives have already bailed out. No hope for a future.
