      Pros

      Kmart does have opportunities to catch shoplifters due to the kind of customer that it brings in. Depending on your Loss Prevention Manager, you will have a good chance for advancement.

      Cons

      Horrible pay. There are many times that I do assignments that are not related to Loss Prevention. It feels like there's not enough employees to do everything so you are kind of a gopher to do anything management needs you to do.

      Everything was a pro. That place was awesome to work for!

      Cons

      The only con is that is no longer a store in our community. Sadly, it went out of business.
