      There is no good reason to work a Kmart.

      Cons

      Upper Management are extremely rude, all the way to Regional level. In 30 years of management I have never been treated with such disrespect for no other reason than because they can.

      Everything was a pro. That place was awesome to work for!

      Cons

      The only con is that is no longer a store in our community. Sadly, it went out of business.
